| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive comments on proposed amendments to the Nutrient Enriched Waters Policy (9 VAC 25-40) and Water Quality Management Planning Regulation (9 VAC 25-720) concerning total nitrogen and total phosphorus discharges from certain permit holders in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. The public comment period begins with publication in the Virginia Register on February 21, 2005 and closes on April 25, 2005. | ||
