| Purpose of the meeting To receive public comments on proposed amendments to the Board's regulations. The Board proposes to amend sections of the regulations that (i) establish grounds for denial of licensure, license renewal, or discipline of a licensee; and (ii) provide for random chemical testing of regulants. This is not a regular meeting of the Board. Staff will be receiving comments on the proposed amendments to the regulation. The meeting is open to the public. Persons desiring to participate in the meeting who require special accommodations or interpretive services should contact the Department 804-367-8514 at least 10 days prior to this meeting so that suitable arrangements can be made for an appropriate accommodation. The Department fully complies with the American Disabilities Act. | ||
