| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive comments on the proposed reissuance and amendment of the VPDES general permit regulation for discharges resulting from the application of pesticides to surface waters - 9VAC25-800. The proposed reissuance and amendment appear in the Virginia Register of Regulations on April 8, 2013. The public comment period begins on April 8, 2013 and ends on June 7, 2013. A question and answer period will be held prior to the public hearing beginning at 2:30 p.m. | ||
