| Purpose of the meeting This is a public hearing held pursuant to ยง 2.2-4007.01 B of the Administrative Process Act of the Code of Virginia for the purpose of receiving public comment on the Common Interest Community Board proposed regulations published in the Virginia Register. A court reporter will be present at the meeting to record any public comment received. Department staff will compose a summary of all public comments to present to the Board for consideration. Comments will be received from any member of the public and initial comments may be limited to a maximum of 5 minutes depending on the number of individuals who wish to speak. This is not a forum for questions to the Department or the Board concerning the proposed regulations. | ||
