My name is D.Bryant Gammon, PE and I'm a lifelong resident of Virginia. I am both a farmer and a professional engineer that designs sites and subdivision throughout the Commonwealth.
VOTE NO to the regulations.. these regs promote sprawl and are extremely detrimental to the economy of Virginia.. Jobs will go to other states! Please adopt the Homebuilders proposal to allow monies to be generated to help farmers put BMPs in that will do more removal than the current proposal does. Get the best bang for the buck and saving the jobs in Virginia... PLEASE reconsider this. Don't allow this to be a feather in the hat for the governor going out... Remember, long after he is gone, we still need jobs and the economy of Virginia depends on this outcome.... Don't be short sighted.. Look at the whole picture.
Sincerely,
D. Bryant Gammon, PE
