Continuing education is important however U.S. Army officers are currently strained. A large percentage of U.S. Army officers chose to become professional engineers in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Historically APELSCIDLA has done a great job of realizing the benefits provided by the military engineers. I am confident the board will change the policy and add military engineers to the list of those who are exempt.
