I am opposed to more stringent regulations regarding stormwater management.  I am opposed to increasing the financial burden on the public and I am opposed to increasing the regulation and hampering the housing industry.  I do believe that well intentioned people are over reacting to buzz words and feel good messages and are unaware of the costs and consequences of supporting more storm water regulations. I urge opposing handicapping the housing and commercial builders by voting down any more stringent regulations.
