I beleive that the intentions and goals of the new stormwater changes are praiseworthy. However, I also beleive that the consequences of the current proposal will be harmful to the Commonwealth's economy and future. I DO NOT support the proposed changes. There are better ways to achieve a cleaner Bay. Ones that don't unfairly single out developers and land onwers.
