As a member of both the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and the Board of Directors of Potomac Riverkeeper, I very strongly support Virginia's proposed post-construction stormwater permit regulations. Enactment of these new regulations would send a strong signal to other states to consider similar actions to help control sediment pollution in this country's watersheds..
