I support the Commonwealth's changes to the stormwater management regulations.  The proposals to amend/change the existing stormwater regulations are progressive and necessary.  In particular, I support Low Impact Development (LID) methodologies to be incorporated into the changes.  LID is much needed in watersheds such as the Rappahannock, Potomac and James rivers to infiltrate stowmwater into the ground and gradually return the stormwater to streams and wetlands.
