I encourage the S&W Board to put the new stormwater regulations into effect as soon as possible. The more that is done initially to prevent runoff pollution from reaching our waterways, the cheaper in the long run. Many contractors and localities have taken the initiative to install effective structures, but there are a lot of locations where this only happens if it's a requirement.  In the long run, it will benefit everyone.
