We strongly urge you to pass the current stormwater regulations in their CURRENT FORM.
The homebuilders' alternative proposal does nothing to improve the health of our local streams and waterways and only shifts the burden to farmers and local governments that have already done a great deal to clean up their act. It's time for the homebuilders to do their part under these proposed stormwater regulations.
We love going on hikes in the Shenandoah valley and surrounding areas and want to see healthy local waterways (and of course drinking water) for generations to come!
