I urge the state government to seize this opportunity to amend Virginia's stormwater regulations.  I grew up in Loudoun county, and the local streams and rivers were  a fundamental part of my childhood.

Now that I am older, I can more fully appreciate the value that our waterways contribute to our quality of life.  The well-crafted regulations will save money and promote a rational process for development -- rather than construction projects getting certified after-the-fact.  And of course, the future health of our waterways will be ensured.

These regulations are great -- keep them as they are and implement them now.
