Ineffective and a waste of time and money by all

I have attended numerous seminars over the years and found that most of these courses/seminars are ineffective and basically a waste of time and money. I have also attended many legal CE courses and found them to also be basically a waste of time and money. One stays up to date through work done and by reading the relevant journals. This proposal for annual CE creates another regulatory limitation that justifies additional bureaucratic personnel which is unnecessary. I would like to see the evidence that suggests that there has been significant issues with the current system for licensing engineers, architects, and surveyors. I strongly recommend that this action be voted DOWN...
