I applaud the agency employees, TAC members, and other stakeholders involved in developing a proposed set of regulations that have been designed to ensure that water quality and quantity of state waters receiving runoff from new development are maintained, protected, or improved.  As written, the regulations offer plenty of flexibilty for regulated entities to implement a program that best fits a site.  I encourage you to approve the amendments as proposed - without delay.  The health and safety of our state waters and those who live near them, play in them, and depend upon them for is at stake.  Thank you.
