Do not enact these regulations unless they can be significantly modified to protect the state’s economic future while protecting the Bay.  

 

The current storm water regulations for land development are effective and more effort should be placed on the enforcement of these regulations; instead of enacting new and costly regulations that will not have any positive effect for the environment.
