Need for Continuing Education Not Substantated by Facts and Cost-Benefit Analysis!

It is unclear what real problems this legislation is trying to solve?  The implementation and enforcement of this legslation will have signficant costs  for the state and the certiifed proessionals - milllions of lost productive hours and expenditures for attendance of classes as well as paperwork to comply with the requirements?  In my oppinion, this legislation will trgger signficant expense for the registerd professionals without clear and quantifiable benefits to the wellbeing of the citizens of the Commonwealth!   Legislation should be aimed at resolving real problems not creating bureaucracy, paperwork and monetary harship for professionals.  Vone "NO" to the proposed legislation!
