Say No to CE requirements for PE

I have been a registered Professional Engineer in Virginia for over 20 years. I have read the comments of the people before me that are against CE requirements and find them to be right on target. I also hold a license in North Carolina and primarily hold a license in Virginia for prestige. If this becomes law, I will forgo my license in Virginia.

If one of the reasons Virginia is considering this is because of pressure from states around them, let me assure you that the requirements of N.C. are a bunch of bull also. It is primarily a method for the Universitys to earn money for very little effort and for companies to profiteer off of government regulation.

I appreciate the opportunity to speak of my concern.
