If we are to take time out of our year to complete these classes, then I want to know that they will be counted toward my requirements.  We need pre-approved programs and proveders.  From some of the other comments I've read we can do this effectively and at a reasonable cost.  If these classes are not regulated, then we do not need to pass this regulation.
