The entire concept of continuing education is fraught with problems and no oversight. Too much time is wasted on taking online classes that have the least amount of work to achieve the necessary hours rather than training to keep current in associated field. As a multi-state license holder it is difficult to figure out which states will accept which courses and very few states have the same requirements. Now in addition to licensing fees we have to pay continuing ed costs for no observable benefit.
