My vote is 'no'; courses offered will likely not have much technical content (e.g. ethics, surveys)

The trouble with 'continuing education' is that is frequently doesn't educate anyone.  Professional Engineers truly interested in maintaining their skills and/or mastering new material seek out better fora than what will likely be 'offered' due to the addition of arbitrary requirements.  Ethics courses accomplish nothing (individuals play by their own rules, regardless of 'training'), and survey-level business courses have marginal value and do nothing to reinforce engineering analysis skills.

It would be more meaningful to require PEs retake some kind of engineering exam once in a while.
