I oppose BOTH the FAST-TRACKING and the Proposed Amendments to "12 VAC 5-90 Changing the Reporting Requirement for Influenza Virus in Virginia". This is an invasion of privacy and contradiction of HIPAA laws. This is a slippery slope of infringing on our rights, privacy, and basic right to security.
