This is a ridiculous overreach of the government's rights!  The government does not and should not have the right to access my personal health information.  This is a major HIPAA violation.  Additionally, VDH does not have law-making powers nor should it!!  This is unconstitutional.  THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO RIGHT TO COME INTO MY PERSONAL LIFE. Drop this now!
