Telemedicine would really benefit Medicaid patients.  Telemedicine will encourage Medicaid patients to use their primary care doctor instead of going to the hospital for every illness.  This is good for patients living in remote areas who are not well enough or can't afford to travel to see the doctor on a regular basis.
