Seriously! Yea, if you are right in the middle of a campground in plain sight with a restroom a few spots over, I get it, but really?  Penalty is registering as an offender? You people have lost your mind!  We have bigger problems in Virginia than this, do your job and stop wasting tax payer's money to get your name on a bill!
