I was involved with continuing education requirements to maintain my North Carolina PE for a period of time. The only group I thought that gained from this was the organization that collected the money to provide the training. I do not believe that the required training improved my abilities. They became a waste of time, and I made the decision that it was not worth it to maintain my NC PE. Please vote no on this proposal and have faith that professionals will be just that and stay abreast of changes in their industry. Thank you, Dan
