The abortion providers would have you believe that there is no medical health crisis around abortion that requires regulations. If that is true, I submit that the common-sense health and safety regulations in place in our state have helped to make it so. This is not about access. This is about keeping mother's safe from infection and injury once they have gained access. These regulations do not keep anyone from having an abortion rather they assure that those who enter abortion facilities will not be faced with the conditions found in Gosnell's abortion center.

Please maintain and expand health and safety regulations to protect women's health.
