Given the lengthy and appalling record of health code violations by Virginia abortion clinics - including one that was shut down due to unsanitary equipment, expired medication, failure to maintain equipment or follow patient care protocols and another in which patients were regularly seen vomiting and lying down in corridors – Virginia should not reduce abortion clinic regulations.
