TARP, Medically Unecessary Restrictions
Costly and medically unnecessary, TARP regulations are a politically motivated attempt to deny woman access to safe, legal abortions. TARP regulations create a significant burden on women. If the intent is to keep women safe, we should be basing regulations on science, not politics.
