The Board of Health is responsible for the health of all persons residing in this state.  This responsibility  includes women seeking to terminate another person's life i.e. her unborn child. Where is the Board of Health;s responsibility to these women.   The regulations for the abortion clinics should be the same regulations as pertain to other out-patient surgical clinics.   These clinics must not be permitted to regulate themselves., just as any other clinic should not be allowed to self -regulate Your Board of Health has the duty to insure the health and well-being of all of the people in this state.
