Abortion centers perform invasive surgical procedures and so should uphold the same standards as those of other ambulatory health care clinics. Why should they operate any other way? If you want to ensure the safety and health of Virginia women it is just common sense to maintain the current safety regulations. Women deserve no less. Just because they  have come to end an innocent human life and are themselves in a vulnerable place, they are still entitled to the best and safest care possible.
