Lee Monument Regulations

I have a couple of suggestions for the proposed Lee Monument regulations.

1. Please allow people to climb on the steps.

2. Sunset is too early to close - please allow people to be there until 9 or 10 pm.

3. You've probably already considered this, but some of the prohibited items and activities during permitted events seem like they would pose a problem during events like the 10K and the Easter Parade. I believe bands use the space during the 10K and I would assume they need a stage, water and potentially a generator. Again, if you've already taken these events into consideration and have carefully crafted the regulations to allow for them, I apologize.

4. Finally, the bans on glass bottles and open air burning during permitted events implies that these might be allowed during other times. If that's the case, could we ban those all the time please?

Thank you for taking these comments into consideration.
