Thank for this opportunity to comment.  I was very excited when Va. started down this road to regulate/reduce CO2 emissions from the electricity sector.  We know the harm excess quantities of CO2 are causing to the climate.  The "new normal" includes bizarre increasingly unpredictable weather and more frequent and more devastating storms.  We owe it to this and future generations to reduce GHG emissions, particularly CO2.

I look forward to the day that Va. is a RGGI member throught the legislative process, hopefully in 2020.
