I support the DEQ to help Virginia reduce carbon emissions. I believe in the creativity and ingenuity of the citizens of the Commonwealth to take the lead in this challenge in the South. Working together we can take the lead in improving our communities, our state, and our world. I look forward to Virginia setting a standard for the lower cap (28 million)  in the revised rule, as a forward looking committment to its businesses, neighborhoods, and families.
