I am requesting that all abortion facilities be required to adhere to regulatory standards of all other healthcare facilities.  They should be required to have annual inspections, for instance.  The Commissioner should not be able to grant permanent variances of any healthcare requirement.  If abortion is treated as healthcare then abortion facilities should adhere to the requirements for all healthcare facilities.
