Dear Board of Health,
Please help abortion clinics to do what supports health and safety of their clients by:
-Requiring all OLC inspections to verify that ultrasounds have been performed at least 24 hours prior to every abortion performed.
-Requiring annual inspections on abortion facilities.
-Removing the ability of the Commissioner to grant permanent variances.
You have the ability to see that life is respected, protected and supported.
