The Virginia Board of Health should reinstate the requirement that abortion facilities provide information on post-abortion counseling to their patients and that the facilities be reasonable designed and have construction standards that provide for things such as hallways wide enough to carry patients out on stretchers in cases of emergency. These items support women's health and well-being.
