I urge the state of Virginia to take law, regulation and practices to encourage and promote individual home and business installation, use and support for solar panel installation.  This policy will reduce the burning of coal, gas and oil that leads to harmful and deadly pollution that destroys our environment and shortens lives.  It is particulaly important that individuals be allowed to connect to the grid to contribute power and be rewarded for their investment.  This will reduce the amount of carbon consumption and pollution from central power producers.
