Looks like we have lost the protection of the Clean Power Plan.  ED-11 is currently the only hope to limit/reduce those deadly carbon emissions.  I fully support ED-11.  Until we can restore an administration on the federal level which will care more for the citizens than corporations, ED-11 is all that currently stands between us, our children and their children for generations to come and those lethal carbon emissions which are on the road to destroy the environment that supports your and our life here on earth.  Madison Brown,  25 South Washington Street, Staunton VA 24401.
