I strongly oppose this regulation
 

There is no need for this regulation, as this is a solution looking for a problem that does not exist.  CHP holders as a group tend to be law abiding members of society and less likely to commit a crime than a non-CHP holder.  Stop punishing us as a group, because of the action of those that would not follow a rule like this anyway, if they had the desire to attack a government building  Instead you are leaving those in that building defenseless against such a person.
