The proposed changes to the regulations are a very bad idea.  Weaking the existing requirements for OSE's, Installers,and Operators is a very bad idea. Creating the Journeyman Class is a very bad idea, there is no way for a person the gain adequit experence in such a short amount of time. The citizens of the Commonwealth and the waters and natural resources ( drinking water)  of the this beautiful state should to be protected.
