Gun Ban in Government Agencies is a First Step to Ban All Guns

On the back of the Paris terrorist attack - this emergency executive order by Governor McAuliffe may sound like its being made for the public good - but Gov McAuliffe's recent act to ban guns in state agencies is part of a bigger plan to confiscate all guns from all people.

The error in this rash frantic move is not understanding that taking guns from good people will not get guns out of the hands of the bad people.  And there are bad people!  Government's job is to protect the good people (those who have no intention to do another harm) from those who do intend to harm.  Taking guns away from good people is not protecting the good people; it is giving 'bad' people more license to shoot and kill.

In our present society of drugged psychopaths, gangs and their gangsters, can anyone truly believe that a 'good' person is safer without a gun?  The majority of shootings have taken place in gun free zones - creating gun free zones has given a safe haven to bad people with guns.

Former attorney general Janet Reno (who condoned and orchestrated the horrific loss of life of children and women at Waco) said, ""Gun registration is not enough. Waiting periods are only a step. Registration is only a step. The prohibition of private firearms is the goal."   Governor McAuliffe is of the same mind.

Here are some of the minds that agree with Janet Reno and Governor McAuliffe and President Obama:

"This year will go down in history. For the first time, a civilized nation has full gun registration. Our streets will be safer, our police more efficient, and the world will follow our lead." (Chancelor's Speech, 1935 by Adolf Hilter)

"The most foolish mistake we could make would be to allow the subject peoples to possess arms. So let's not have any talk about native militas." (Hitler's Secret Conversations, 1941-44, Farrar, Strauss and Young, 1953)

"All political power comes from the barrel of a gun. The communist party must command all the guns, that way, no guns can ever be used to command the party." -Mao Zedong

"One man with a gun can control 100 without one. ... Make mass searches and hold executions for found arms." --V.I. Lenin.

In contrast, our first president said, ""Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself. They are the American people's liberty teeth and keystone under independence... From the hour the Pilgrims landed, to the present day, events, occurrences, and tendencies prove that to ensure peace, security, and happiness, the rifle and pistol are equally indispensable...The very atmosphere of firearms everywhere restrains evil interference--they deserve a place of honor with all that's good."  - George Washington.

"Arms in the hands of individual citizens may be used at individual discretion for the defense of the country, the over-throw of tyranny, or in private self-defense."  John Adams

"The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes.... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man."  - Thomas Jefferson, Commonplace Book (quoting 18th century criminologist Cesare Beccaria), 1774-1776
