There is no comparison! Dry needling requires extensive medical expertise about musculature and the nervous system. I've had both and dry needling is a therapy which belongs in the hands of PT professionals. Dry needling is usually coupled with a course of rehabilitative exercises and range of motion drills, not in the core competencies of accupuncture. Please don't intervene in this to placate a special interest group. We rely on you to practice conscious restraint in matters that don't belong in a political arena.
