To the Regulators in the State of Virginia,

Please vote against Chiropractors and Physical Therapist from using what they term as "dry needling" on their clients. Using acupuncture needles without the benefit of years of Acupuncture education, philosophy and techniques is like granting permission to a dentist to now being able to perform open heart surgery since they also use scapels.
