Dry needing must be practiced by trained acupuncturists who has been licensed.

If physical therapists believe that acupuncture is needed  for their patients, they should refer their patient to a highly trained acupuncturist.

It is illegal and not ethical to practice acupuncture by the name of "dry needling".

Anyone can practice any form of healing modality if they change the name?
