Is this a plan to disarm the law-abiding citizen?  It seems that criminals don't obey laws, so how will a "ban" prevent criminal activity?  No, all this does is disarm the law abiding citizen and make these places more dangerous for the citizens of Virginia.  The governor need not be reminded that the recent events in california were conducted in a gun-free zone and before the terror was over 14 citizens were dead.
