Unfriendly to Tourists

The proposed regulation is unfriendly to tourists.  As an out-of stater my wife and I have little interest and even less standing in how the citizens of Virginia are treated by their elected leaders.  However, many major travel routes cross through Virginia and we have been led to believe that the proposed regulation could extend to rest stops and other state buildings that tourists are apt to visit.

Life is short, and there are many places to visit without passing through or stopping in Virginia.  If our tourist dollars mean little to you, disregard this comment and continue your march toward increased government regulation.  If we are still welcome in your beautiful and significant state, be careful who you treat poorly - the tourists or the criminals.

Please extend the comment period for another 30 days so that other outsiders have the chance to express their displeasure at this proposed regulation.  You may be surprised.
