There have been NO shootings by concealed handgun permit holders or off duty police officers in ANY government buildings in Virginia.  Almost all of the mass shootings since 1950 have been in "Gun Free Zones".  Why would any intelligent and reasonable person want to change a system that has had no mass shootings to a system that has had almost all of the recorded mass shootings on record?  This regulation is totally politically motivated, and has zero basis in reality!  Please protect the citizens of Virginia, and put their welfare above politics. DO NOT PASS THIS REGULATION!!!
