In order to have true and fair elections a state or nation must have rule of law and order, which we , I think still have until something like this happens. If it is in the law that felons cannot longer vote, this change sounds like it would allow them as well as illegal immigrants. I come from a family of immigrants and my family followed the rules and laws , just like I hope everyone else does in order to keep our country honest. I strongly disagree with these changes , and I hope our elected officials do the right thing...
