The current registration form requirements should not be altered to remove specific statements regarding citizenship or the status of a felon’s rights restoration.  Surely this matter can be resolved so that every valid applicant can be registered to vote, while insuring that those ineligible to vote are not allowed to unjustly participate in Virginia’s elections.
